Private Yoga & Meditation

Private Yoga sessions are great if you desire a greater level of guidance or more personalized experience than a group class offers. This work offers personalized attention and can include coaching around philosophy, alignment, and mindfulness/meditation. Individualized private yoga is also ideal for learning how to modify poses and work more skillfully with (non-acute) injury, limitation, or therapeutic needs. It is also helpful for practitioners interested in support with developing a home practice.
